• 参加費と懇親会費はともに「税込（10％）価格」です。
• 本学会は適格請求書発行事業者ではございません。
• 社会人大学院生を含めて大学院生のみ、特別料金とさせていただきます。
  ＊他の会員種別はすべて一般会員料金とさせていただきます。
• 昼食は開催校の学生食堂や開催校正門前のローソン等をご利用ください。

登録方法

登録の流れ

1. ［早期・直前参加登録はこちら］ボタンより、参加登録画面ヘアクセスしてください。
2. 次に、登録画面の「種別名」より、参加区分をご選択ください。
3. ご氏名、ご所属等、必要事項を参加登録画面に表示された項目にご入力ください。メールアドレスに決済完了通知メールが届きますので、正確に入力してください。
4. 利用規約、プライバシーポリシーをご確認の上、同意いただける場合はチェックボックスにチェックを入れてください。同意いただけない場合は、参加登録できません。
5. 確認画面へ移行し、クレジットカード、Apple Pay、Google Payのいずれかの方法で決済を行うと、参加登録が完了します。通知メールが届きますので、ご確認ください。

   ※受信ボックスに決済完了通知メールが届いていない場合は、迷惑メールフォルダやごみ箱フォルダを一度、ご確認ください。そのうえで、決済完了通知メールが届いていない場合は、参加登録画面内の問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

お支払い方法

VISA、Mastercard、American Express、JCB、ダイナース、ディスカバーがご利用いただけます。カード番号情報の入力時は、カード番号、有効期限、CVC（セキュリティ番号）が必要となります。

Apple Pay、Google Pay
お使いのデバイス、ブラウザが対応しており、有効なカード情報が設定されている場合は、Apple PayまたはGoogle Payでの決済が可能です。

大会会場における無線LANの利用について

大会会場では、無線LANをご利用いただくことができます。
参加登録の際に、無線LANの利用形態をご選択ください。

• eduroamを利用する
  大会までに所属機関でeduroamの利用申請を完了いただく必要がございます。
  （eduroam JP 参加機関：https://www.eduroam.jp/participants/siteinfo.html）
• 開催校のゲスト用Wi-Fiを利用する
  大会受付時において利用申請書へ記入いただきます。受付時間が長くなることを予めご了承ください。
• eduroamも開催校のゲスト用Wi-Fiも利用しない
  無線Wi-Fiを各自でご準備ください。

決済完了通知メールの［領収書（PDF）］ボタンより即時ダウンロードが可能です。

参加証（名札）

• 大会当日に受付でお渡しいたします。
• 早期参加申込者には、ご氏名とご所属が印字された参加証（名札）をお渡しいたします。
• 直前参加申込者と当日参加申込者には、ご氏名とご所属が印字されていない参加証（名札）をお渡しいたします。ご氏名とご所属を参加者ご自身で書いていただきます。

参加登録内容の変更・キャンセル

• 登録内容は登録後に変更できません。登録時によくご確認ください。
• 登録後のキャンセルはできません。
• 決済完了後はいかなる理由があろうとも、参加費を返金いたしかねます。決済完了前にくれぐれもご確認たまわり、ご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。

The meeting participation fee and banquet participation fee are both inclusive of tax(10%).
This society is not a qualified invoice issuer.
A special rate will be applied to graduate students, including working graduate students.
All other membership types will be charged the general membership fee.
For lunch, please use the student cafeteria at the host school or Lawson in front of the main gate of the host school.

How to register

Registration Procedure

1. Access the registration page by clicking the "Early and Last Minute Registration" button. Then click the "Type" button on the registration page.
2. Next, select the category you want to register for from the "Category Name" on the registration page.
3. Enter your name, affiliation and other necessary information accurately according to the items displayed on the registration page. You will receive a notification email when payment is complete.
4. Please read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and if you agree, please check the box. If you do not agree, you will not be able to register.
5. After proceeding to the confirmation screen, please complete the registration by paying with credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You will receive a notification email.
   If you do not receive the notification email, please check your spam or junk folder. Nevertheless, if you have not received the payment completion notification email, please contact the contact information on the registration page.

Methods of Payment

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners, Discover. When entering your card number, you will need to enter your card number, expiration date and CVC (security number).

Apple Pay, Google Pay
If your device and browser are compatible and you have set up valid card information, you can pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Use of Wireless LAN at the Meeting Venue

Wireless LAN is available at the meeting venue.
Please select your preferred wireless LAN usage when registering.

• Use eduroam.
  Please complete the eduroam usage application at your affiliated institution before the meeting.
  (eduroam JP participating institutions: https://www.eduroam.jp/participants/siteinfo.html)
• Use the host school's guest Wi-Fi.
  You will be required to fill out a usage application form at the meeting registration desk. Please note that the registration process may take longer than usual.
• Do not use either.
  Please prepare your own wireless connection in advance.

Receipt / Certificate of Attendance (Name Tag)

Receipt

You can instantly download your receipt by clicking the [Receipt (PDF)] button in your payment completion email.

Name Tag

You will receive your name tag at the reception desk on the day of the meeting.
Early registrants will receive a name tag with their name and affiliation printed on it.
Last minute and day-of registrants will receive a name tag without their name and affiliation printed on it. You must write your name and affiliation yourself.

Modifying or Canceling Your Registration

You cannot change your registration once you have registered. Please check your registration details carefully when you register.
You cannot cancel your registration after you have registered.
Once payment has been completed, we will not be able to refund your registration fee for any reason. Please review your registration information carefully before completing payment.
